The wife of a man who died in a car crash near Helston four days before Christmas has paid tribute to her "soul mate."
Paul Douglas, aged 50, died when the car he was driving collided with another car on the A394 at Trevenan.
Mr Douglas, from Penzance, died as the result of his injuries sustained in the collision, which took place at around 8pm on December 21.
The collision involved a red Volkswagen Golf estate and a black Vauxhall Vectra, one of which burst into flames shortly after impact. The fire was put out by passing members of the public.
In a heartfelt tribute, Mr Douglas' wife Dawn has now written of him: "The love of my life, my soul mate, my world. Forever yours, Dawn xxxxx."
A separate tribute has been written on behalf of the couple's children. It reads: "So proud to have you for our dad. Love and miss you forever. Becky, Carly, Liam and Paul xxxx."
