One of Helston's oldest hostelries has been put on the market. The Grade Two listed Angel Hotel in Coinagehall Street is up for sale, following a major refurbishment last year.
The hotel boasts a number of historical features, including an original well and a minstrels' gallery.
The accommodation comprises 13 en-suite bedrooms, with a three-bedroom cottage behind the hotel providing the owner's accommodation.
Truro-based agents Scott Burridge Commercial are inviting offers of around £200,000 for the leasehold.
The same agents are marketing the historic Cadgwith Cove Inn, which has been put up for sale because the current owners want to retire.
The village pub in the beautiful setting at the cove has also undergone recent refurbishment by the owners, and offers of around £250,000 are being invited for the leasehold.
