DESPITE the weather most of the Whirwind Sports Falmouth-Helston League programme survived the weather, but the Percy Stephens Cup clash between Falmouth Athletic and Porthleven was a victim of a waterlogged ground.
Helston made it into the next round with a 2-0 win at Chacewater and Lizard Argyle followed suit with the same scoreline away to division two side St Day Res.
Tim Hurrell (2), Mike Moore, and Simon Anderson and scored the goals in Falmouth Town III's 4-1 win against Perranwell Res.
In another all-division two clash Mawgan United defeated Perranporth Res 3-2 after extra time with goals from Martin McPhilbin, Matt Holman (2).
In division one Mawnan won a tight game 2-1 at Truro City III after scoring through Chris Pellow and Adam Pryor.
Ryan Williams scored for Holmans Res in their 1-1 draw with Mousehole Res who replied through Jamie Franklin.
IN division two league leaders Mawnan Res had their 23-month unbeaten home record shattered by St Keverne who deservedly won 2-0 with goals from Kevin Tripconey and Johnny Hill.
Hayle III beat Constantine 3-0 and Pendeen and Carharrack drew 2-2 with Christian Whittaker and Stuart Strong scoring for Hayle and Sean Wills and Scott Smeeth replying for Carharrack.
In division three Falmouth Albion Res won 2-0 at Camborne Park after scoring through Mike Cudlipp and Keir Dent.
Paul Jeffery (2) and Tristan Sharpe scored for Falmouth Athletic Res in their 3-0 win at Cury and Ben Cox and James Winn scored for Lanner in their 4-2 defeat at home by Lizard Argyle Res.
Other results: Porthleven Rangers 0, Frogpool/Cusgarne 0; Stithians Res 2, Carharrack Res 3; Troon Res 3, Hayle IV 1.
