Mercedes, a two-masted square-rigged Dutch sailing ship, is one of the newest vessels in the international fleet of tall ships having been built in 2005.
She was especially designed for day and evening cruises under sail, when she can accommodate up to 140 passengers, and was last seen in Falmouth in 2008 when she took part in the Funchal 500 Tall Ships Regatta celebrations.
