Tolgullow House at St Day is set to go under the hammer at auction.
The early 19th Century period manor house near Redruth has a freehold guide price of £250,000 to £300,000.
The early 19th Century property is among 21 lots listed for sale by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, in December.
Currently split into two maisonettes and a separate coach house, Tolgullow is set on grounds of half an acre with mature gardens and a driveway.
Katie Semmens, senior auction valuer, said: "This is a tremendous opportunity to acquire a stunning character property.
"Dating back to the early 1800s, Tolgullow House offers great potential.
"Requiring some updating, it could be returned to its former glory and turned back into a magnificent single home.
"Alternatively, the new owner could maximise the three existing components or even reconfigure the residential elements of the property or consider development in the grounds subject to the necessary consents being gained."
A wide range of residential properties are also going under the hammer.
Near Redruth is a two double-bedroomed house with rural views which has a freehold guide of £95,000 to £105,000.
Semi-detached Larksridge, in Penventon Terrace, Four Lanes, also has a three-room studio/workshop in its rear garden.
In Truro city centre, a spacious and modern duplex apartment is listed for auction with a leasehold guide of £125,000 to £145,000.
Located at the Clockhouse in Lemon Quay, the apartment has two double bedrooms and is being sold on a 125 lease from 2006.
Up a private drive and in an elevated rural setting is a two bedroom end of terrace house for updating in Gracca Terrace, Bugle, St Austell, it has a good sized garden and is available at a freehold guide of £110,000 to £120,000.
Starting at 11am, the final of Clive Emson’s eight regional auctions in 2014 takes place at the St Mellion International Resort, St Mellion, Cornwall, on Thursday, December 18.
