A Truro law firm marked a year of growth in 2014 with the opening of a larger branch in St Austell.
Charles French & Co had already expanded its Truro office from one floor in Lemon Street to a three-floor office next to Truro River on Newham Road, and ended the year by opening the new Fore Street, St Austell office just doors away from their old address.
Solicitor Charles French founded the firm in 2007 and it has now grown into a 12-strong team of law experts giving legal advice to clients across a wide range of sectors in Cornwall.
The firm has five directors based in its three offices in Truro, St Austell and Mevagissey and its team handles matters in commercial property, residential conveyancing and dispute resolution as well as and wills, probate and trusts.
Its journey has included the merger of Melville, Mitchell & Bailey Solicitors in 2009, which had been providing legal services in Mevagissey for more than 30 years.
