ONE of the game's greatest ever snooker players, six times former world champion Steve Davis, will be parading his skills when he visits Cornwall next month.
It will give snooker fans a rare opportunity to enjoy an evening of snooker, trick shots and humour with "The Nugget" at St Austell on March 9 and 10.
Having turned professional in 1978 he dominated the green baize during the 80's with his sheer gritty determination to win, only slowed down by Stephen Hendry coming on to the circuit in the 90's, but Steve is still a force to be reckoned with, still going strong after 28 years as a professional.
The Keay Theatre will be turned into a snooker arena which seats 340 people. It is a superb venue which enables everyone to enjoy prime seats. At the end of the evening everyone will have the opportunity to take their own photos and get autographs.
Ticket information can be obtained from the box office on 01726 226777, Monday to Friday, 10.30am - 3.30pm.
