Assault charges against Camborne man discontinued
A charge which alleged Ricky Mark Sutton had assaulted Jenna Lendrum by beating in Falmouth on January 1, has been discontinued, as has a second allegation that he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Stephen Jinks on January 5.
Sutton, 24, whose address was given as North Roskear Village, Camborne, had denied both charges.
He had, however, pleaded guilty to a charge that he stole alcohol and food worth £20.09 belonging to Spar in Albany Road in Falmouth on January 1 for which magistrates ordered him to pay the £20.09 compensation.
