Work to resurface a section of the A30 between Dunheved and Bulsworthy Bridge, near Launceston, will take place overnight on February 19 - 20.
The £32,000 project will replace a section of worn road surface reducing noise and providing a smoother ride for vehicles.
The work will affect a one mile stretch of road and will take place between 7pm and 6am the following morning. In the event of bad weather the work will be postponed to the following night.
A traffic signal and convoy system will be in operation with a low to moderate risk of delays for drivers.
