FOLLOWING the successful launch of Front Row at the start of the season, rugby fans will be delighted to learn that another exciting edition is about to become available. It's a magazine definitely not to be missed.
The first magazine previewed the Cornish rugby season, but this edition takes a look at rugby from yesteryear, a Front Row nostalgia magazine.
Front Row is packed with pictures of old county and club teams, players, and reminiscences of days gone by. There are special features such as rugby's passion for pasties, the "British Lions" visit to Penryn, the who's who of the ballboys who were involved in the 1969 Cornwall v Lancashire County Championship Final, Phil Vickery England's Oak, and much, much more.
The magazine looks at rugby from the end of the 2nd world war with pictures from the 1940s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s . . . there is something for everyone.
Front Row can be obtained from your local rugby club, from selected newsagents, or from the Packet's head office at Falmouth Business Park.
