HELSTON firefighters were called out to a house fire in Porthleven after reports of flames going through the roof.
Two crews from Helston fire station were sent to the scene of Wellington Road at around 5.50am this morning and crews from Camborne and Mullion were also sent to the scene.
Upon arrival one end of the premises was well alight and the fire was going through the roof.
The fire was eventually brough under control at around 8.20am and crews remained at the scene until 9.45am damping down.
