The jury has been sworn in, in the trial of Trewen Kevern and Kevin Cooper jointly accused of the murder of Falmouth driving instructor David Alderson.
Kevern, aged 21, from Ashfield Road, Falmouth and Cooper, aged 33, are jointly charged with the murder of 72-year-old Mr Alderson who was found dead near Carharrack in Cornwall on January 18, 2014.
The body of Mr Alderson, from Old Hill, was found at Wheal Maid copper mine sparking a police manhunt. The trial of the two men is expected to start at Truro Crown Court tomorrow and last for five weeks.
