Goonhilly Satellite Earth Centre held an alien-themed Easter event where children participated in a fancy dress competition on Monday.
Over 700 people turned up to enjoy the earth centre's Easter celebrations. Children who turned up in fancy dress with an "outer-space" theme, enjoyed free entry, an Easter egg and a free Star Trek PC game.
In addition, there was a prize draw for the best fancy dress, where the winner won a party for ten children at the centre. There was also another draw for a £25 gift voucher for the gift shop, which was won by eight-year-old Elke Youlton.
Jon Henney, marketing manager at Goonhilly, said: "Our Alien Easter Monday has been a huge success with children from all over Cornwall and further afield arriving dressed as aliens. With lots of free gifts and fabulous prizes to win, including a birthday party for ten children, everyone I'm sure had an excellent time."
