A FINE sunny day welcomed just short of 100 riders for Camel Vale's Good Friday trial at St Austell. Riding his 270cc Beta to good effect George Edyvean took best result on the hardest course, adding maximum points toward retaining the Cornish championship.
On the next course Robin Martin, riding his RCM Sherco, proved the best just beating Shaun Philp and Phil Wicket.
On the hotly contested yellow route, scores proved very close with the result going to Andy Kearns from Paul Wooldridge, Chris Anstee and Richard Trott. Nine riders rode the beginners route with the result going to Ross Tremaine from Anton Ferris and William Kemp RESULTS Blue Course - Premier: George Edyvean, 13; Novice: Ross Hancock, 21; S/B: A Ian Martin, 20.
