CAMBORNE Police are increasingly concerned for the welfare of an 88-year-old man who went missing on yesterday (April 11).
William Pearce was last seen in the Tesco supermarket, Camborne by a neighbour who agreed to take Mr Pearce' shopping home for him.
Mr Pearce told his neighbour that he would cycle home but so far has failed to return to his mobile home in North Roskear.
he is described as white, 5 5'' tall and of a slight build with an unkempt white beard and hair. When last seen he was wearing a large white woolly jumper and he was riding a distinctive dark coloured bike with with small wheels and a basket attached to the rear of the bike.
Anyone who believes they have seen this Mr Pearce, or knows of his whereabouts are asked to contact the police on 08452 777444 quoting log 1351 11/04/07
