CHRIS Dunn won the Men's Stableford at Praa Sands Golf Club on Sunday morning with 39 points, writes Simon Edwards. Derek Murrish was second with 38 points on the last nine holes from Clive Roberts and Francis Vickerstaffe who took third and fourth places respectively.

Sarah Blight and Nigel Waters won the Sandum Salver Mixed Foursomes on Saturday afternoon with 36 points. Anna Harry and John Murrish were second with 35 points and Linda Gale and Paul Kirkman third with 28 points on the last nine holes from Siân Lugg and Chris Cox-Webber.

Steve Lugg won Card Three of the Pilcher Trophy (nine-hole medal) with a fine 25 nett. Kate Phillips was second with 27.5 nett, Nigel Waters third with 29 nett and Dave Rollason fourth with 32 nett on countback from Colin Cratchley.

Siân Lugg won the ladies' nine-hole Stableford on Wednesday morning with a fine 20 points. Phyllis Williams was second with 18 points on countback from Anna Harry. Caroline Hardman won the putting competition.

Elizabeth Murrish won the Easter Monday Stableford with 39 points. Derek Murrish was second with 37 points and Simon Phillips third with 36 points on the last nine holes from Alun Dixon who took fourth place.

The last card of the Pilcher Trophy (Stableford) takes place on Friday. The ladies play their monthly medal on Saturday afternoon and the men play their monthly medal on Sunday morning. Next week the ladies play a nine-hole Stableford on Wednesday morning and the Ogres meet on Wednesday afternoon.
