THE funeral of a young woman killed in a car crash near Truro last week is due to take place at the Trelawney Chapel, Penmount Crematorium at 9am tomorrow (Thursday).
Sarah Chinn, 22, from Truro died after her VW Beetle was in collision with a white Vauxhall Movano van on the A39 near Jack Harvey Plant Hire on April 24.
Family and friends are said to be devastated by her death and say she will be sadly missed. She is the daughter of Judith and Richard and is the sister of Andrew, Joanne, Jaimie and Nigel.
An inquest was opened and adjourned on Friday to allow the funeral to go-ahead and an inquest will be held at a later date.
The 62-year-old male driver of the van, also from Truro, was treated at the scene by paramedics but did not require hospital treatment.
