Work to resurface sections of the A30 westbound between Chiverton Cross and Scorrier, will be carried out between May 8 - 10, weather permitting.
The work will take place overnight between 8pm and 6am, when traffic flows are lower. The westbound carriageway will be closed between these times.
The scheme will replace worn-out sections of the westbound carriageway, providing a new, quieter surface for drivers.
While the carriageway is closed other routine maintenance will be carried out, including cleaning road signs and clearing gullies.
A clearly signed diversion will be in place during the closures. Westbound traffic will leave the A30 at Chiverton Cross Roundabout and follow the unclassified road through Blackwater to join the A3047, rejoining the A30 at Avers Interchange, Redruth.
