Penryn will be getting the Monopoly treatment on Saturday as Penrynopoly appears at the Temperance Hall on Lower Market Street.
Community project Taking Control Of My Town will be running a day of game-based discussion of the issues currently facing the town.
The group, organised by Dr Joanie Willetts and supported by Penryn Town Council, Penryn Neighbourhood Planning Team, and Cornwall Council, will be running the workshop from 1pm to 5pm and inviting residents to come along for however long they wish.
The aim is to encourage people who live, work, or spend time in Penryn to talk about the town, their experiences, and what they think the challenges and opportunities are now and in the future.
As well as getting people to discuss the direction they think the town should take, the event will also ask them to consider what role they could take in shaping Penryn for the future.
