A man shoved a 12 year old boy against a wall and stole his mobile phone in Truro last week.
Police are appealing to the public following the robbery, which took place at around 5.45pm on Monday, 13 November, on Malabar Road.
A force spokesperson said: "The victim was shoved against the wall by a man and during the assault, had his black Alcatel Pixi 3 mobile phone stolen.
"The suspect is described as a white man, aged about 25, six foot tall, medium build, wearing a blue jumper, black tracksuit bottoms and white trainers."
