Police are seeking three young men who assaulted and robbed a woman in a "vicious attack" in Camborne earlier this month.
The attack happened at around 6am on Tuesday, November 7, when the victim, a 32-year-old woman, was assaulted near the junction of Enys Road and Hughville Street by three or more hooded young men.
She was grabbed from behind and attacked by the youths, which left her with extensive bruising and other injuries.
Around £300 in cash and a Samsung S7 Galaxy Edge mobile phone were stolen from the victim's handbag.
Police are keen to trace anyone with information about this attack, and have asked any witnesses to come forward.
Detective Constable Jules Lewis, from Camborne CID, said: “This was a particularly vicious attack on a defenceless lady and we are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time to contact police with any information.
“A group of young men would have stood out at this time of a weekday morning, so please contact CID if you saw anything unusual.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101@dc.police.uk or by phone on 101, quoting crime reference CR/097640/17.
