Firefighters from all over the county attended a garage fire in Constantine on Saturday morning.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue received the call at 7:15am with two crews from Falmouth the first to arrive, where a single storey garage with several vehicles inside was alight.
Resources from Truro and Penzance arrived in support at the scene, with Devon & Cornwall Police closing some nearby roads.
A spokesperson from Cornwall Fire and Rescue said: "On receipt of this initial call, both appliances from Falmouth were mobilised, on arrival at the incident further resources were requested and an appliance from Truro attended as well as resources from Penzance.
"The crews were faced with a single storey garage which was well alight and containing several vehicles, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed at the scene and used high pressure hosereel jets and also a foam jet and a main jet.
"Western Power attended to isolate power to the building. Devon & Cornwall Police attended and closed roads in the vicinity.
"The incident was scaled down by 0900 hours. A Fire Investigation is taking place."
