Camborne Director of Rugby Liam Chapple has made his first new signing with the capture of prolific try scoring wing Lewis Vinnicombe from local rivals Redruth.

"Lewis is a top quality finisher who has performed at Championship level with the Pirates’’ said a delighted Chapple. "He is a player I have admired for a long while and as a friend off the pitch it will be great to have his experience on board.’’

Speaking at the Rec on Friday evening Vinnicombe said: "I am really happy to be joining a Club with such great history and outlook as well as an exciting team in place. I am looking forward to joining the squad at pre-season training in early July and hooking up with some familiar faces."
