England rugby legend Phil Vickery will be at Camborne Rugby Club this Saturday, June 23 to take part in the NatWest RugbyForce weekend.
Phil is set to help out the local rugby community between 11am and 3pm with a weekend of DIY.
NatWest RugbyForce is a nationwide programme that helps grassroots rugby clubs up and down the country attract new members and become stronger and more sustainable for the future.
As well as pitching in to help with the DIY, Phil will be holding a question and answer session with the volunteers over lunch at around 12.30pm.
NatWest supports rugby at all levels from grassroots to the elite game, and their successful NatWest RugbyForce programme is leading the charge in securing the future of the game through grassroots, supporting over 700 clubs a year in England and Wales.
Camborne RFC is one of six clubs that have been selected by NatWest and the RFU to win a NatWest RugbyForce large grant and support package to make valuable improvements to their club and facilities.
Camborne RFC has won the award for their "Project 2018" themed project, and will be spending the weekend making improvements.
This year’s NatWest RugbyForce weekend will take place from Saturday, June 23 to Sunday, June 24 and promises to be another great event.
