A person was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation after a house fire in Falmouth yesterday morning.
Falmouth firefighters were called to a house in Trelissick Road at around 1.48am.
The crew put on breathing apparatus and used a hosereel to extinguish the fire.
Positive pressure fans were then used to clear the smoke from the property.
An occupant was taken to hospital by ambulance, suffering the effects of smoke inhalation.
An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the fire.
