The new, autumn issue of Miller and Son's groundbreaking magazine for homeowners in Devon and Cornwall is now available.
People can pick up a complimentary copy of this 52 page glossy from the agent's Falmouth Office in Arwenack Street, Falmouth or from any Miller and Son branch.
Launched earlier this year, this is the third issue of the quarterly magazine written by local professionals and experts and published by the family-owned estate agents.
Topics covered in this issue include how to reduce energy bills in the home, which type of home survey to choose when you are buying, the benefits of using a local solicitor, what to consider when investing in a holiday cottage and how equity release schemes can unlock value in your home.
The autumn issue includes a feature on Liskeard and Looe and traces the fortunes of a couple who left Cornwall three years ago for a new life in Brittany.
There is also a helpful article on Home Information Packs and what you can expect when you order one.
The editor, Andrew Buckley, said: "We have had a great response to the first two issues and hopefully there is something in the autumn edition for everyone, from those starting out on the property ladder to those enjoying their retirement."
