Levi Roots has launched an exciting new range of Caribbean-inspired ice cream and sorbet, in collaboration with a Cornish farm.
Famous for introducing Reggae Reggae sauce to the market via the Dragon’s Den TV show, Levi will be bringing his new range of ice cream and sorbet to Callestick Farm. It is the first time the celebrity food entrepreneur has ventured into ice-cream and sorbet.
Levi Roots toffee apple and rum ice cream, mango, passionfruit & lime sorbet, chocolate, coconut and rum ice cream and mango and hot chilli sorbet will be available for wholesale and food service in 2.5 litre tubs from March 2020.
“I am so excited to be launching my very own fabulicious range of the most delicious flavour ice creams you will have tasted,” said Levi. “Check them out and let your taste buds be jumping for joy.”
Callestick Farm is an award-winning brand that has achieved 25 per cent growth in the last 12 months.
“We’re delighted to be working with Levi Roots and introducing flavour combinations that add a touch of Jamaican spice and warmth,” said Callestick Farm sales director David Jeffs. “They represent a new creative direction in ice cream and sorbet production and will appeal to people who want to try something different, exotic and wonderfully tasty.”
