CK Kitchens and Bathrooms has become the latest Falmouth business to suffer at the hands of vandals, following an overnight incident at their store at North Parade.
Sam Hustwayte, who works for the company, arrived to find one of the windows smashed at the front of the shop, this follows a recent act of vandalism on the Little Red Rooster in Falmouth.
He said: "It's not ideal, I've been hearing of lots of little incidents and I've seen things on Facebook and it seems like it's our turn this time. We have reported it to the police and now we have to wait to get it fixed. Luckily, there's been no damage or anything taken, just the window smashed."
Mr Hustwayte did, however, suggest that there was a slight possibility that the damage may have been caused by a car reversing due to the store often being a spot where motorists do tend to turn around.
Devon and Cornwall Police had no update on the incident, which took place on Thursday night, however they did confirm an earlier incident in the area.
A spokesperson said: "Police were called to North Parade, Falmouth at around 1.40pm on Thursday with reports of youths throwing stones into gardens before running off."
CK Kitchens and Bathrooms have urged anyone with any information to come forward and to call 101, the non-emergency police number.
