Celebrity chef Michael Caines is opening his new restaurant in Falmouth this morning.
He is taking over The Cove at Maenporth and launching an entirely new menu, featuring breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea, and an à la carte menu that is described as offering "elevated beachside fare."
This includes honey roasted Cornish duck with caramelised onion puree and wild garlic alongside dishes from the chargrill, including whole Falmouth Bay sole with rosemary brown butter shrimp, parsley and capers.
