A TEENAGER was found dead at a property in St Austell yesterday afternoon.

Police were called by the ambulance service at 1pm on Sunday to a property on Albert Road, following reports of a concern for a woman within an address.

Emergency services attended the property where a woman, believed to be aged 19, was confirmed deceased. Her next of kin have been informed.

Police enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstance which led to the death.

A scene guard remains in place whist officer carry out their enquiries.
