The manager of a Helston clothes store has announced it will not be reopening.
M&Co in Meneage Street has been closed since the start of the lockdown and did not reopen on June 15 along with other non-essential retail shops.
Now Lyn Roskruge, manager of the Helston branch, has revealed the news that it had closed altogether, in a Facebook post yesterday evening.
She wrote: "Just got notified that M&Co Helston will not reopen.
"Forty-seven stores in the company have been closed as of today.
"Sad times for Helston."
She later posted an official post from M&Co that read: "We are sad to say our time in Helston has come to an end."
It went on to offer a 20 per cent discount on the M&Co website, with the code HELSTON20.
The nearest store for Helston customers is now in Camborne.
It is understood there are two other branches in Cornwall that are also closing, which have been identified on social media as being Redruth and Bodmin.
The Packet has contacted the head office of M&Co for a statement.
