A hotel in Falmouth has said a confirmed case of coronavirus involving a staff member is an isolated incident at this time.
The St Michael's Resort added that the staff member involved was not "guest facing" and that a deep clean of all public spaces is underway.
Louise Uys Jones, resort director, said: "A member of our team has tested positive for Covid-19.
"The member of staff in question is not guest facing and we have worked quickly to determine any further potential contact risk.
"We can confirm that no other staff members have tested positive.
"We continue to follow our strict Covid-secure safety plan, including a deep clean of all public spaces.
"Our priority is the wellbeing of the staff member concerned, as well as the health and safety of all of our guests and employees."
