With less than two weeks to go until Christmas Day towns and villages across Cornwall have been working hard to bring some light to what has been a dark year.
While many lights displays have been hampered by lockdown restrictions and social distancing, many have still done what they can within the guidelines to make sure there is some festive joy to end 2020 on.
And as these stunning pictures by Packet freelance photographer Kathy White show, their efforts have been worth it.
Falmouth Town Team has overseen the lights displays in Falmouth, while in Helston a group of volunteers led by Rob Williams, chairman of Helston Christmas Lights Committee, spent last weekend braving the cold wind and icy rain showers to some form of display up for the last three weeks of December.
However, if you're isolating at home or simply want to stay warm inside, we've brought you a photographic round up of what the lights look like in each town this year.
