A new art exhibition has come to windows in Falmouth to celebrate the reopening of the high street.
The exhibition, titled Street View Falmouth, includes the work of over 100 artists and has been appearing in shop and home windows across the town.
Featuring works from professional artists, amateurs, students and even children, Street View Falmouth is running from April 12 - 18 to coincide with the reopening of Falmouth high street.
The exhibition was organised by Lily-Peach Forster, Rebecca Kent and Chloe Rylander, three local artists who decided they wanted to do something that would give the Falmouth community something to smile about.
Lily-Peach, Rebecca and Chloe said: "The aim of our Street View exhibition is to spread joy and bring the community together over lockdown.
"In times when people have felt so isolated we believe that it's important to give people something positive to work towards, as well as encouraging everyone to go outside (for their daily exercise!).

"This exhibition has been organised to coincide with the reopening of the high street, drawing people back in to our town after such a long time being stuck indoors, and celebrate our town as well as all of the independent businesses our high street has to offer!"
After running a successful exhibition back in February, the three artists wanted to organise an event that would brighten the streets of Falmouth and so arranged for various shops and homes to display the artwork in their windows for a week.
"We also feel the need to support and encourage the art community in this time when people's creativity is being stifled by being locked inside.
"By giving everyone the opportunity to get involved, new connections can be made, and even though we can't be together in person, we can support each other in spirit!"
If you'd like to find out where the art is being displayed, you can find an interactive map with all of the windows taking part on the Street View website: streetview.hotglue.me
Alternately you can scan any of the QR codes found in the windows next to the artwork.
