A local car retailer has been awarded the prestigious South West England Retailer of the Year award for the third year in a row.
The team at Truro Motor Company in Threemilestone Industrial Estate received the award, presented by Volvo Car UK, for showing immense focus and positivity throughout a difficult year, which has reportedly led to some 'truly industry-leading' results.
Volvo’s Retailer of the Year awards celebrate performance across the UK, measuring a number of key metrics in both sales and aftersales, including customer satisfaction.
The company's focus on customer service has been credited as helping them deliver an outstanding performance, with their service retention rate and new car sales growth both 10 per cent above the national average.
This is the third year in a row Truro Motor Company has won the award in this area, which it claims shows a consistently strong performance against targets year after year.
