TWO more businesses have announced they are closing temporarily because of Covid.
The Kings pub in Church Street posted on its Facebook page last night: "Due to the rising Covid-19 cases in Falmouth recently, we’re unfortunately closing our doors for the 10 isolation period just to be sure that we don’t contribute towards the spread of the virus especially with dance floors so close to our grasps, not long now!
"From everyone at The Kings team, stay safe out there and we can’t wait to see you soon!"
Just down the road St Ann's Surf Shop is also closed due to 'unforseen circumstances' and will reopen on June 20, although it is not known whether the closure has anything to do with Covid.
Life's A Beach Cafe in Maenporth also announced last night it was closing temporarily for a number of days after a member of staff had been told to isolate.
Posting on Facebook they said: "Unfortunately we have had to make the difficult but responsible decision to shut the Cafe tonight until further notice due to a number of staff receiving notification alerts to isolate.
"We feel the best and safest way to deal with this is to shut and test staff for a number of days to keep our staff and customers safe.
"We hope to be back open very soon.
"So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause over the coming days.
"Stay safe and well
"Leann, James & Crew!"
