Cedric Ziegler, a 27 year-old former chef is opening his own bagel bakery at The Shipyard near Porthleven Harbour.
Located at Unit 21, The Shipyard, Porthleven, Ced's Bagels will be situated in between the soon to be open Market Hall and Shoals Brewery.
The bagel bakery will be making hand-rolled bagels in a central location near The Shipyard and is looking to provide a quick and tasty lunch option with various different bagels and seasonings on offer.

Ced's Bagels will also offer fillings such as salt beef and gherkins as well as salmon and cream cheese.
Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available and will look to include homemade vegan cream cheese and chives.
Mr Ziegler has also indicted that it will also be possible to buy bags of bagels to take home for later as well other home-made bread products in the near future.
Currently, the bagel bakery is waiting for an oven to arrive before they can fire it up and get things going, following a few finishing touches.
Then, once the shop has been finished and opened, customers will be able to order from a hatch located on the side of its warehouse unit.
Ced's Bagels hopes to be open from early July operating on a Wednesday to Sunday basis, however, official opening hours are yet to be confirmed.
