Both sides have a busy pre season schedule with Penryn playing two more games than Falmouth.
The teams have tested themselves with opposition within their league and some teams in the leagues above. The stand out fixture will see Falmouth Town host on Truro City at Bickland Park. Truro currently play their matches in Plymouth having being forced to leave the late Treyew Road last season.
The pre season games will allow for the teams to prepare for the new campaign and will provide some valuable game time for any new players to settle in.
The SWPL kicks off on Friday August 6 when Falmouth Town travel to nearby rivals Wendron. Penryn’s first league game in the division is away to Launceston.
