The Queen's Arms pub in Breage is celebrating the bank holiday weekend in style by hosting its very first beer festival.
The festival will run right across the weekend from this Friday until Bank Holiday Monday, in a marquee within the pub's top beer garden.
Beers will be coming from Keltek Brewery, Firebrand Brewing, Atlantic Brewing and Distillery, Penzance Brewing Company, Tintagel Brewery and a special Breage Brew IPA will be available to try.
The festival will open at noon everyday and close at approximately 11.30pm at will take place in the marquee.
There will be live musical entertainment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, all of which will be finished by 11pm the pubs said.
Friday will see Black Velvet Irish Music from 8pm, followed on Saturday by the ever-popular Bob Seymour at 3pm and piratical favourites Jolly Roger at 8pm, ending on Sunday with country and pop singer Gilly Lee-Whyte at 3pm and The BT Experience at 8pm.
The pub will be operating a token system inside the beer festival. Tokens will cost £2 each and will be redeemable for half a pint.
Tokens can be purchased from a member of beer festival staff and cannot be accepted for beer within the pub itself, only in the beer festival tent.
There are also plans to sell pasties and pulled pork baguettes, costing two tokens.
To add to the excitement during the day the pub will include a few giveaways or games for a spot of fun, so beer lovers should make sure to keep an eye out for black boards when entering the tent.
