During the summer months, it's fair to say most people are partial to having a few drinks outside with friends.
However, when a couple of drinks become a lot of drinks, you run the risk of overdoing it and ending up in court for being drunk and disorderly.
Here are six people who did exactly that:
James Watson, 32, of Turnstone Way in Bude, Cornwall: Watson was charged with disorderly behaviour while drunk at The Strand in Bude between July 23 - 24.
Watson appeared at Bodmin Magistrates' Court where he pleaded guilty and was conditionally discharged for 12 months as well as made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £22 and pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Michael Starling, 39, of Trevethenick Road in Truro, Cornwall: Starling was charged with being drunk and disorderly between July 20 - 23 at Malpas Road in Truro.
Starling appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court where he pleaded guilty and was conditionally discharged for three months while also having to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £22.

Kyle Watson, 22, of Goodern Drive in Truro, Cornwall: Watson was charged with being drunk and disorderly at Furniss Island in Truro on July 21.
Watson appeared at Bodmin Magistrates' Court where he pleaded guilty and was fined £57 and made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 as well as pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Shannon Hughes, 22, of Mount Wise in Newquay, Cornwall: Hughes was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly at Towan Beach in Newquay on July 2.
Hughes appeared at Bodmin Magistrates' Court where she pleaded guilty and was made to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
