Rishi Sunak will outline government spending plans when he reveals the 2021 Budget today.
The Chancellor will address the Commons on Wednesday where he said he will be “looking to the future and building a stronger economy for the British people”.
Mr Sunak’s previous budgets in March 2021 and 2020 had been heavily focused on supporting the country through the coronavirus pandemic.
On Monday, Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle suggested ministers should resign for briefing out details of the Budget in advance, with more than £30 billion of investment already revealed ahead of Wednesday’s announcement.
However details have continued to leak including a rise in the National Living wage.

The Chancellor will announce the government's spending plan for 2021 on Wednesday, October 27.
Mr Sunak will address the Commons following his previous Budget announcement in March following a delay due to the coronavirus pandemic.
What time is the budget today?
The Chancellor is expected to make his statement in the House of Commons after Prime Minister’s Questions, which usually begins at 12pm and lasts around for half an hour.
Mr Sunak is therefore expected to be speaking at around 12:30pm, and the Budget statement usually lasts for around an hour.
