A Cornwall-based drive-in cinema has announced its chosen charity for the next Christmas Move Drive In event.
Skylight Cinema have chosen Cornwall Mind as their charity to support, for their Christmas Movie Drive In’s.
Hosted at the Truro Cattle Market, all through December, guests can choose between 26 classic Christmas films to help them get in the festive mood, with Skylight Cinema donating a proportion of every ticket purchased.
There will be food and drink stalls, a festive craft and gift area and a covered seating space too.
The pandemic has caused an unprecedented demand for the mental health charity’s support work, which ensures that people have a place to turn and that nobody should face a mental health problem alone.

Warwick of Skylight Cinema said: "We are thrilled to announce that we are supporting Cornwall Mind.
"We will donate a proportion of every ticket purchased to Cornwall Mind and we hope you guys will feel the same way as us and donate alongside us (there is an option when you purchase a ticket). "We feel this is an extremely important charity, especially with the struggles people have faced over the last 18 months.
"Every £1 donated to Cornwall Mind stays in Cornwall.
"This to us is so important as it will have a direct impact on local people who need support.
"We cannot wait to meet more of the Cornwall Mind team at the Drive Ins!"
Every penny raised and donated will stay in Cornwall and help to fund vital work and help more people take part in recovery focused wellbeing services.
Paul Reeve CEO – Cornwall Mind, said: "Cornwall Mind are delighted to be supported by Skylight Cinema, especially in a time when so many people are facing mental health challenges.
"Their support means that awareness is raised so that more people know we are there, stigma is challenged so more people are open about their mental health, and funds are raised meaning we can support more people.
"Thank you so much to the Skylight team."
