A selection of properties including a five bedroomed house near Truro and a former card shop in St Austell are set for the market in the coming weeks.
The propeties are being auctioned by Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
The first property is a five bedroomed house at Stithians, near Truro.
Half Moon House in South Road – with gardens, double-garage and two greenhouses – has a freehold guide price of £325,000 to £375,000
A sizeable rectangle of land behind the house measuring 0.67 hectares (1.67 acres) is being sold in a separate lot at the auction with a freehold guide of £110,000 to £130,000.
Senior Auction Appraiser David Henwood said: “Half Moon House is an imposing character property offering sizeable and flexible accommodation in a tranquil village setting.
“It would make an attractive family home after some modernisation although some may wish to consider schemes to create multiple residential properties, subject to the necessary consents.

A former card shop with upper floors in a prime location in St Austell town centre is going under the hammer in a pre-Christmas auction.
The three-storey building at 18 Fore Street – most recently occupied by Clintons Cards – has a freehold guide price of £120,000 plus.
Senior Auction Appraiser David Henwood said: “This is a well-located property in a prime position in St Austell town centre’s main pedestrianised street.
“Its ground floor retail unit has significant window frontage with ancillary accommodation above which can be independently accessed and offer potential for some form of residential conversion subject to the necessary consents.”
Thirdly, a mixed-use character property in a ‘highly desirable’ location in the heart of St Ives is going under the auctioneer’s gavel.
The double-fronted property at 2 Tre-Pol-Pen, Street-An-Pol has a freehold guide price of £375,000 plus.
Also heading for the auction is a three-bedroom house at 1 The Orchard, Tredrea Lane, St Erth, Hayle.
The semi-detached property has a freehold guide of £190,000 plus.
A holiday home with ‘spectacular’ views of the Cornish countryside near Callington is set for auction.
The two-bedroom property at 2 Tamar & St Ann’s Cottage at Honicombe Holiday Village has a leasehold guide price of £48,000 to £52,000.
Lastly going under the auctioneer’s gavel is a mixed-use property in Helston town centre.
Located at 57 and 57A Meneage Street, the mid-terrace has a ground floor shop and basement with a three-bedroom maisonette.
It is being auctioned jointly with MAP estate agents of Redruth with a freehold guide of £125,000 plus.
Bidding for all of the properties is live from Monday December 13, with the auctions ending on Wednesday December 15.
