Users across the UK are reporting issues with Sky and Now TV, according to DownDetector.
The site, which allows users to report connectivity issues online, saw report shoot up at around 10am on Wednesday morning.
Problems have been reported from major cities across the UK including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Some people in Cornwall have also been having issues.
Is Sky broadband down?
According to DownDetector 93% of reports link to internet connection with television (5%) and mobile (1%) also reported to be having issues by customers.
NOW TV broadband down
Now TV, a subscription television service operated by Sky is also seeing a sharp rise in reported issues.
Reports started at around 10am with 63% of reports highlighting server connection as the main issue.
Users are unable to stream videos with 33% of reports linked to the website.
One user contacted the company on social media and said: “My internet hasn't worked since last night on my sky WiFi how is this?”
