Cornish comedian Jethro has died after contracting Covid-19, it has been confirmed this morning.
The news was announced on his official Facebook page this morning.
In a statement his management said: "It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of the well known and popular Cornish comedian Jethro.
"Tragically Jethro passed away on 14th December 2021 after contracting COVID-19.

The much-loved comedian had become a Cornish icon, known for his witty observations on life in the Duchy.
