A rising star of Hollywood has been spotted in Cornwall this week – and supporting local businesses.
Millie Bobby Brown is best known for her role as Eleven in the Netflix science fiction drama series Stranger Things, known for her psychokinetic and telepathic abilities.
It earned the 17-year-old a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at age 13 and she is also the youngest person ever to feature on TIME 100 list.
She has also starred in the 2020 Netflix series Enola Holmes, while in film she was one of the stars of Godzilla v Kong.
Millie, who is due to turn 18 later this month, has now caused delight after she was seen enjoying a Cornish coffee shop not one but twice in two days.
Sporting a casual look in a blue patterned dress and co-ordinating glasses, Mille was spotted in Bodmin with rumoured boyfriend Jake Bongiovi, the 19-year-old son of musician Jon Bon Jovi, who was wearing a checked shirt over t-shirt and jeans.
They paid a return visit to the Waffles Coffee Shop on Wednesday, having apparently been there only the day before.
Staff there could not believe their luck at seeing the celebrity pair not once but twice in as many days.
Posting on Facebook with a picture of Millie and Jake with a staff member, the shop wrote: "OMG - We were still on cloud 9 from yesterday - but then this happens - THEY CAME BACK.
"I am SO stoked and yes we failed miserably again at keeping it together again. The staff are still smiling and Jess is bouncing all over the place - thank you to Millie Bobby Brown and Jake for being so bloody nice and for making my crew smilie."
The day before they had revealed Millie had been in for lunch, writing: "So who likes Stranger Things ? Well we are a little shell shocked as one of the top cast cast members came in for lunch today - we tried to play it cool but failed miserable as we are big fans in here. Wanna know who it was? It was indeed Eleven - Millie Bobby Brown."
It seems the second time they were able to be a little less starstruck and summon the courage to ask for a selfie - which Millie and Jake appeared happy to post for.
The coffee shop serves both breakfasts and lunches, but is perhaps most famed for its waffles loaded with a variety of sweet toppings.
