Ten free boxing sessions are being delivered to those who are out of education, employment or training in Falmouth and Penryn.
The scheme is for 16-25 year olds and is being put on by Young People Cornwall a charity which ‘improves the quality of life for young people in Cornwall by delivering inspirational youth work which supports their needs and aspirations’.
The boxing sessions which begin on Wednesday, March 9 will take place at Falmouth and Penryn Amateur Boxing Club (ABC) at The Praze in Penryn TR10 8AA.
All of the sessions are non contact which makes it perfect for beginners who are looking to get into boxing, to keep fit or just to have fun. Boxing sessions take place on Wednesday afternoons between 1:45pm-3pm.

Falmouth and Penryn ABC run training sessions twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. The club is open to anyone of any age, with separate sessions for juniors and seniors.
