A tiny parking space in the centre of Falmouth has gone on the market for a whopping £25,000.
The 4m by 2.59m space off Quarry Hill is described as an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a single freehold car parking space in Falmouth town centre.
The small parking place with a lockable bollard is situated halfway up Quarry Hill on the left hand side below one of the block of flats.
It is marketed by Laskowski & Company, the vendor's sole agent. But if you want it you'll have to move fast as the purchase is by informal tender with the closing date 5pm on Wednesday, February 16, by which time anyone interested will have to have submitted their offer to Laskowski.

The agent's blurb describes it as only a few moments walk from The Moor, with the benefit of a lockable bollard.
"A superb opportunity to business owners and home owners alike, who require additional parking," it says.
"The car parking space is ideal for local residents and traders alike who currently have inadequate parking to suit their needs.
"Situated midway on Quarry Hill within only a few moments walk of The Moor, the central location will no doubt appeal to many with the unabating pressure of parking in the town."
