A four-figure attendance is set to welcome Cornwall RLFC for their first home game as a professional club.
Over 1000 tickets have already been snapped up for the historic match which will see RLFC take on Midlands Hurricanes with kick off at 1:00pm.
RLFC led by experienced Manager Neil Kelly are playing their first season as a professional rugby league side in Betfred League One and have elected to play their home matches at Penryn RFC's Memorial Ground.
Cornwall played their first match in the league last weekend in a 62-22 loss to North Wales Crusaders, who are tipped by many to have a successful season. Despite the loss though Kelly believed that his side could take a lot of positives from the defeat.
Only standing tickets are available for the match after seating swiftly sold out. Tickets are priced at £12 for adults, £10 for concessions and £5 for under 16s. Children who are aged five and under go free with a paying adult. You can purchase tickets for the historic encounter here.
The visitors for the day Midlands Hurricanes have lost both of their two matches so far this season which has them tenth out of 12 sides in the division.
