Despite the Star Wars names, these four dogs are not from a galaxy far, far away.
They are, in fact, not far away at all, currently being taken care of by the National Animal Welfare Trust (NAWT) Cornwall branch.
In the words of Yoda "size matters not" when it comes to these doggy duos - small in stature they may be but they are big in personality.

Artoo and Chewy
Breed: Terrier
Age: 6 years
Artoo and Chewy have loads of love and kisses to give and thoroughly enjoy being in the company of human companions.
They are looking for a new owner who will give them all the love and attention the deserve!
The pair like to go for walks with dogs similar in size but we can be wary of larger dogs. They could possibly live with other canine friends, subject to dog meets at the centre.
It’s also possible Artoo and Chewy could live with a cat, but they would have to come for a home visit to make sure that everyone is happy first.
They would love to find a home together as they have such a special bond and give each other confidence.

Wicket and Lando
Breed: Terrier
Age: 5-10 years
A pair of beautiful terrier boys Wicket and Lando are looking for a home together due to their special brotherly bond – they just love doing everything together!
They love cuddles and being around people and are eager to please.
Although they love each other, they cannot live with other dogs due to Wicket's reactivity.
Wicket and Lando’s perfect home would have a big, secure garden for them to run around in together.
They have been doing well with basic training at the centre which will need to be continued in their home, including positive dog socialisation.
For more information on how to adopt Wicket and Lando, visit the NAWT website.
